Judy (Leilei) Zhang has been with Aon for more than 7 years, with diversified working experiences including compensation and benefits diagnoses, engagement study, job evaluation, salary structure design, short-term incentive plan design (including sales incentives), HR strategy, project management, and leadership assessment and development. Her clients include private companies, state-owned enterprises, as well as foreign enterprise—such as McDonald’s, Fiat Chrysler, Mercedes Benz, China Resources, Merck, Medtronic, Karl Storz, Sanofi, OCBC Bank, Poly Property, CIFI, Yango, Hong Kong Land, and Shanghai Jiahua.
She is an SEI Certified SCAMPI Lead Appraiser and SEI Certified SCAMPI High Maturity Lead Appraiser.
Judy also has more than 20 years of experience in software engineering, system engineering, quality assurance, project management and department management, and more than 12 years of process improvement and operation experiences—including consulting, training and appraisals. She has also worked with customers on software development, product research centres, and system integration.

Audrey Widjaja leads Aon’s Performance & Talent Consulting Practice in Greater China. She assists clients in leadership development and effectiveness, talent management, organisational performance, and organisational transformation.
Based in Shanghai, Audrey consults with clients in an array of industries, including pharmaceutical, consumer goods, retail, and financial services. These include multinational and local organisations such as Corning, Syngenta, Mercedes Benz, McDonald’s, Chanel, Disney, Bank of China, China Everbright Bank, Astra Zeneca, Nutricia, Rockwell Automation, Cargill, GAC Fiat, Ford Motor, IBM, Starbucks and Fosun Group.
Prior to joining Aon, Audrey worked for 15 years in a number of global consumer goods companies in marketing and sales management roles in different countries. She has worked in China for more than 15 years.
Audrey graduated from the University of Alberta, Canada with an Economics degree. She is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and is conversant in Mandarin.

Stephen Cui has more than 15 years of experience in HR management and consulting, and works extensively with SOE, FIE and POE clients. He provides advisory services to organisations in a diverse range of industries, including financial sectors, healthcare, consumer goods, manufacturing, and professional services. His clients include Bank of China, SPD Bank, SRCB, AXA Tianping, Noah, Shanghai Trust, China Merchants Bank, SYWG securities, and JIC.
He is an expert in corporate governance, organisational design, leadership development, compensation, talent management, and strategic HR planning, and has led a number of large-scale and critical organisational transformation projects.
Stephen has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and MPA from University of New Hampshire.
Prior to joining Aon, Stephen worked for a Fortune 500 company and a Public Administration Research Center in the USA.

Sheila has more than 15 years consulting experience. Previously Sheila was Head of McLagan China, a global brand focus on Financial Institution industry under Aon. Sheila was an independent director of a financial institution.
Her clients include leading POE, SOE and MNC. Sheila had shown strong influential power to client and had closely worked with client’s board and executive team to solve business challenge. Her key solution areas including HR Strategy, Organization Development, Executive Compensation Design, Long-term Incentive Design, Incentive Scheme, Performance Management etc.
Prior to Aon, Sheila ran her own business. Prior to that, she worked for another global consulting firm. Sheila received a B.S. in Finance from Renmin University.

Frankie Shao is an expert in organisational design and assessment, compensation and benefits management, and performance management system. He also specialises in designing post sequence, post description, staffing plan and performance management systems to fit client strategies and development demands, in order to help them improve organisational efficiency.
His breadth of clients includes Huawei, Vanke, Tencent, China Resources Group, China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group, China Merchants Group, Guangzhou Automobile Group, Poly Group, Yuexiu Group, SF Express, China Telecom, China Unicom, China Mobile, Midea Group, and Oppo.
Frankie has been with Aon for 12 years. He graduated from the School of Information Science and Lingnan College of Sun Yat-sen University with a bachelor's degree in engineering and a master's degree in business administration. Prior to joining Aon, he worked for China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation.

Bradley Ni has 20 years of consulting experience on corporate governance, executive compensation, and equity incentives—with clients across many of China's leading state-owned, private, and multinational companies including Baosteel Group, COFCO, AVIC, Sinochem, SAIC Motor, Bailian Group, Zhangjiang Group, Sinopharm, Fosun Group, Alibaba, Minsheng Bank, Vanke, Neusoft Group, TCL, and Huaxin Cement.
In the recent reform of state-owned enterprises such as China Pharmaceutical, COFCO, and SAIC, he participated in pilot projects including mixed ownership reform, professional manager system establishment, medium-and long-term incentive mechanism, and employee stock ownership.
He is a member of the Expert Committee of Equity Incentive for Stated-owned Listed Enterprises of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC). As an external expert, he played an important role in policy creation around equity incentives and was a project leader for studies on the incentive system for scientific innovation of state-owned enterprises, income distribution mechanisms, and incentive systems for enterprise leaders.
He has also published professional articles on executive compensation, partnership mechanism design, and long-term incentive in economic journals such as Harvard Business Review, CEIBS Business Review, and Shanghai SASAC.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Fudan University in China.
